In this course, Marybeth Sheehan provides an introduction to energy work – healing using your body’s energy – and where physically the body holds on to stress. See demonstrations of pranic breathing and forceful breathwork to process emotions and trauma, and look at additional energy work methodologies like journaling with positive mantras, an inner child exercise, and meditation. Also find out how first responders can use energy work to help destress and process the trauma of their jobs.
